Sorry for the delay in updating the section folks, but it's a brand new year so maybe I can be a little bit better.  This month's Cover is one that I've always known I wanted to use at some point for as long as I've been managing this section.  And with Odin's death, it seems an appropriate way to honor him.  This issue features, as the cover blurb boasts, the finale to Walt Simonson's classic Surtur Saga.  This cover image has always struck me as particularly powerful.  I think it is because rarely do Loki and Thor seem so much like brothers.  There's something heartwarming and proud about two sibling rivals uniting shoulder-to-shoulder with their father to fight a common foe.  If you look carefully enough, you should be able to pick out Walt's autograph above the blurb.
